Steve McClean is an AV-rated attorney.  Steve’s practice areas include business litigation, complex litigation, trade restraints, real estate and business.  Steve also acts as a third party neutral, handling mediations and arbitrations.

Steve was born in Bakersfield, California, in 1951.  Steve grew up in Bakersfield and attended Bakersfield College.  Steve transferred to UCLA and graduated magna cum laude in 1973 with a degree in history.  Steve was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa chapter of UCLA.

While living in Bakersfield, he worked part- and full-time in the family paper supply business.  Steve also managed the family business for a year before attending law school.

Steve attended law school at U.C. Hastings in San Francisco.  He graduated in 1977.  Steve was an associate editor of the Law Journal and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national academic honor society for law students.

Steve is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts located in California.
