Mr. Bergin's practice encompasses a wide range of
business and estate planning matters. He is also available to
mediate complex estate and business disputes.
Mr. Bergin has represented owners and business
entities in connection with formation, operation, merger and
acquisition, reorganization, and dissolution as well as business
litigation, and purchase, sale and financing of real and personal
property. His tax practice includes individual and corporate
planning, wills, trusts, estate planning, executive compensation,
employee benefit plans, qualified retirement plans and exempt
organizations. He has represented taxpayers before the Internal
Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board and is
certified by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal
Specialization, as a Certified Specialist, Taxation Law.
