Practice: Caswell Bell & Hillison LLP, 1993 to present; Thomas, Snell, Jamison, Russell & Asperger, 1989-1993.  Randy’s practice areas are business law and probate, including real estate, agricultural law, estate planning, and commercial lending. 

Membership: Cal. Business Law Section; Cal. Law Practice Management & Technology Section; American Agricultural Law Association; Conference on Consumer Finance Law; Fresno County Law Library book selection committee; Former State Bar delegate for Fresno Co. Bar Assn.; former President, Fresno Discovery Center (children’s science education center).

Personal: Randy takes an active interest in how computers affect the practice of law.  Randy is married, and the father of two children.  As an Eagle Scout, he helps with Boy Scout Troop 130.  He enjoys trapshooting at Fresno Trap and Skeet, and has hosted CD Shakedown, a music review website.
