Paul
C. Franco was born on September 10, 1969, in Torrance, California.
He has lived in Fresno nearly his entire life. After graduating from
Clovis West High School, Paul attended California State University,
Fresno, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration. Paul later attended San Joaquin College of Law where
he earned his Juris Doctor degree. In 1999, Paul was admitted to
practice law in the State of California and the United States
District Court - Eastern District of California. He is a member of
the State Bar of California and the Fresno County Bar Association.
Paul’s practice consists of litigation and
transactions in the areas of business law, real estate, estate
planning and decedents estates. Paul represents a wide variety
of businesses, including farmers, manufacturers, construction
companies, physicians, mortgage companies and real estate
firms. Paul is experienced in the forming, dissolving and
merging of business entities, such as corporations, partnerships and
limited liability companies. Paul also represents businesses
in a wide area of internal matters, including partner and
shareholder disputes and succession planning. Paul’s business
background and experience allow him to identify and avoid potential
legal pitfalls for his clients.
Paul has an extensive real estate practice that
includes real estate sales transactions and litigation, lease
transactions and disputes, foreclosure avoidance, loan
modifications, landlord/tenant actions, partition and quiet title
actions, construction defect and the representation of real estate
brokers and agents. Paul is the attorney for the Fresno
Association of Realtors.
Wills, trusts and probate round out Paul’s
practice. From small to large sized estates, he is experienced
in helping his clients avoid probate and estate tax issues.
Paul’s decedent estate practice includes probate and trust
administration, as well as litigation in both areas.
As an alumnus of Fresno State, and a member
of the Bulldog Foundation, Paul enjoys attending Fresno State
football games with his family. |
